PAYMENT

1. A booking is only securred once payment is made

2. Payment for pick up is cash preffered but can be made by bank transfer

TRY-ONS

1. Booking for try-ons are $10 to secure and can be made here Appointment Booking

2. Our showroom is located in Greenvale, VIC 3059

3. Try-on appointments run for 30 minutes

4. Late arrivals will cause their time to be deducted from their appointment

5. Please do not come with heavy makeup or fresh fake tan

6. Have an idea of dresses you would like to try before booking to avoid exceeding time

BONDS/DEPOSITS

1. A $50 bond/deposit is required per garment

2. If an item is returned damaged, the $50 bond will be retained

3. If an item is damaged to the point it can not be repaired, the client must pay for the RRP of the garment

4. Please allow up to 5 buisness days for your bond to be returned 

POSTAGE

1. Items are available to be express posted upon request for an additional charge of $10

2. Items must be posted back to Dress Desire Rentals with express post and tracking provided 

3. Dress Desire Rentals is not responsible for any AUS post delays, therefore you should rent your dress within reasonable time before your event

4. If the dress is not returned on time, a daily late fee will be charged of $10. These fees will continue to accrue until the item is returned or the matter is resolved.

CLEANING

1. All cleaning is handled by Dress Desire rentals, and you should not attempt to clean the garment yourself

2. Garments must be returned in the same condition they were hired in

3. Be mindful when wearing fake tan, perfume, body oils, makeup and jewellery

4. If damage occurs to the garment you are at risk of your bond being retained, or further action as stated earlier

Returns and Refunds

1. The hire period of garments is strictly 4 days from when the item is rented (Picked/Arrived)

2. The renter is responsible for returning the rented dress by the end of their rental period. Daily late fees will incurr. If the dress is not returned within 14 days of the end of hire period , it will be considered non-returned. DressDesire Rentals will issue an invoice to the renter for the full retail value of the dress. DressDesire Rentals reserves the right to pursue legal action for recovery of the item or associated costs resulting from a breach of this agreement.

2. Refunds are not offered due to change of mind, sizing issues or event cancellation. Store credit may be offered depending on the circumstance
